The Creamery in Deseret News: A taste of small town America, right next to the freeway
Spring has a way of turning a quick stop into a memory—sunlight on the parking lot, a few minutes off the road, and a treat in hand before the next mile. A recent Deseret News story puts that experience into words, spotlighting The Creamery and the small‑town charm that surrounds it.

We’re honored to be spotlighted in the story, which reflects on how The Creamery has become a destination for travelers and locals alike.

"In the age of cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all, same gas station and burger place on every corner uniformity, The Creamery is the exception to the rule — a business set apart by its uniqueness. Search the Earth, you’re not going to find another enterprise quite like this in a setting quite like this."

The story traces The Creamery back to its roots as a farmer‑owned cooperative—one built on fresh dairy, familiar faces, and a strong sense of place. As word spread and travelers began stopping alongside locals, The Creamery naturally grew into the kind of destination that still feels authentic to Beaver and its small‑town character.

We’re grateful to Deseret News and writer Lee Benson for sharing our story, and to our farm families, team members, and guests who continue to make The Creamery a place worth stopping for—season after season.
